The Directorate General of Civil Aviation, GOI, reported that the domestic air passenger traffic across the nation surged by 16% to 86.55 lakh in Feb 2017, over the same period last year.

The new initiate was named as KRRYP Garbage ATM.

The Army rescued 27 tourists stranded in the Sela Pass near Tawag, Arunachal Pradesh. The tourists were caught in snow blizzard. The rescued include five foreign tourists from Japan, New Zealand and Bulgaria.
